These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, products, and sales offered by Perfect Waves LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the purchase of products through the Weavy online store (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Perfect Waves LLC is the U.S. entity contracting with you and acts as the authorized distributor and service provider for the products and subscription services owned and developed by Perfect Waves SL, a company incorporated in Andorra. Perfect Waves LLC has authority to provide the products and services in the United States on behalf of Perfect Waves SL.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Site, products, or services (collectively, “Users”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or purchase any products or services.
“Product”: Any physical or digital goods sold through the Site.
“Order”: A request by a User to purchase one or more Products via the Site.
“Services”: Any subscription, software, or platform service made available through the Site.
“User Content”: Any content uploaded or provided by a User in connection with an Order or service.
Products sold on this Site are intended for general wellness and non-medical use only. Weavy devices are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about wellness effects are not evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) unless a specific product is cleared for medical use. By purchasing or using any Products, you acknowledge this disclaimer and agree that you have not relied on any medical claim not explicitly provided in writing.
Submitting an Order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any Order for any reason, including limited inventory, issues with payment, or suspected fraud. An Order is only considered accepted when we send an order confirmation via email.
Prices displayed on the Site are in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless expressly stated.
By placing an Order, you agree to pay all fees and taxes associated with your purchase.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect Orders already accepted.
Payment methods may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other payment processors listed at checkout.
Shipping terms, delivery methods, fees, and estimated delivery dates are detailed at checkout.
Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you when delivered to the carrier.
We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.
Returns and refunds are governed by the policies provided at the point of sale and on the Site.
Unless otherwise required by law, returned Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
You may cancel an Order before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return.
If you purchase a subscription or recurring service:
Subscription billing may recur automatically until you cancel.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable US law.
You may cancel a subscription at any time according to instructions on the Site.
To place Orders, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, marks, images, software) remains our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Perfect Waves LLC acts as an authorized distributor of the Weavy Subscription Service developed and owned by Perfect Waves SL.
The Weavy Subscription Service (the “Service”) is provided by Perfect Waves SL, a company based in Andorra (“PW”). PW enables a subscribed practitioner (the “Practitioner”) to remotely transmit personalized microcurrent protocols (“Protocols”) via the secure Weavy platform to a Weavy device used by a subscribed individual (the “User”).
PW provides a technical transmission platform only and does not participate in, supervise, or control any therapeutic, medical, or wellness decisions.
The Practitioner Subscription is reserved for licensed healthcare professionals or certified practitioners, who must be properly identified and validated during account creation.
The User Subscription is reserved for end users who own an activated Weavy device and are linked to a designated Practitioner.
Protocol transmission is only possible when both the Practitioner and the User hold an active subscription.
Subscriptions are offered on either:
a monthly basis, automatically renewing for successive one-month periods, or
an annual basis, automatically renewing for successive one-year periods,
unless canceled in accordance with the termination provisions below.
Due to the digital and on-demand nature of the Service, all subscriptions are non-refundable once Protocol access or transmission has commenced.
The Customer may cancel the Subscription at any time through their personal account:
For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
For annual subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual term.
By accessing the Service immediately after subscription, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that no refunds or reversals are available once Protocols are accessed, transmitted, or received, except where required by applicable U.S. law.
Subscription fees are displayed on the Site and may be modified upon 30 days’ prior notice by email.
The Customer may cancel the Subscription prior to the effective date of any price change.
Payments are made in advance via credit card or automatic billing through a certified payment provider (e.g., Airwallex).
Any payment failure may result in immediate suspension of access to the Service.
The Practitioner is solely responsible for the content, relevance, and appropriateness of the Protocols transmitted.
The User is solely responsible for proper use of the Weavy device and for following all provided instructions and warnings.
PW acts strictly as a technical service provider and is not a party to any therapeutic, wellness, or practitioner-user relationship.
PW aims to maintain 99% service availability per calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance periods notified at least 48 hours in advance.
In the event of a service interruption exceeding 24 consecutive hours, a service credit may be granted upon written request.
The Service involves the transmission of limited health-related data strictly necessary for Service functionality.

PW does not share such data with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
In addition to applicable European data protection regulations, Perfect Waves LLC complies with applicable United States privacy and consumer protection laws, including state-level privacy requirements, where applicable, even when personal data is stored or processed within the European Union or Andorra.
Personal data is never sold, rented, or commercially shared with third parties without the prior consent of the user, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for the provision of the Service (e.g., secure hosting or payment processing providers acting under confidentiality obligations).

The Practitioner is solely responsible for ensuring that use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and professional obligations in their jurisdiction.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all services, products, content, and software are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” with all faults and without warranty of any kind.
Perfect Waves LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and suppliers make no independent representations or warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including, without limitation, any warranties of:
Perfect Waves LLC makes no independent representation or warranty regarding the underlying technology, platform, or technical functionality developed or owned by Perfect Waves SL, beyond what is expressly provided in these Terms.
No oral or written information or advice given by Perfect Waves LLC or its representatives shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable U.S. law, Perfect Waves LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Site, the Products, or the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Perfect Waves LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Products, or the Services exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the Product or Service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the federal or state courts located in that state.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
